Care Manager: Part Time to Full Time
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-focused Care Manager to join our growing in-home senior care team. This role includes client care coordination, caregiver support, scheduling oversight, family communication, and helping seniors remain safe and comfortable at home. We are looking for someone who values teamwork, leadership, and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Experience in healthcare, senior care, case management, or client services is preferred.
